I hired Chrystal to clean my townhouse about a year ago. As time went on, she got worse. I paid her to clean one Saturday for a guest coming in and she forgot. The guest drove about 10 hours in the rain to an unclean unit and was rightfully angry. Chrystal showed up one Saturday at check in time to clean and the guest had already arrived. A guest punched a hole in our door and she did not notice it. As time went on, linens kept missing. I asked her to always keep 3 sets of sheets in our unit and every time we came, there were only 2 sets. The last straw came when I arrived at my unit.
The unit looked like she did not touch it and I paid her to clean it.
The coffee pot had molded coffee in the pot and in the grounds she did not throw out. When we went to bed, hairs were in the sheets and they smelled and looked dirty. A lamp shade was outside and it was raining. I called and asked her repeatedly to bring back my linens and she kept saying she would. I never got them back. She always has an excuse.

Please research with Bay County clerk before hiring. Multiple convictions for drug drug possession over the past 10 years.
