    Ann at Serenity Pointe does excellent work. I always feel comfortable and welcome at her business. The ambiance is serene and soothing and Ann and her staff make you feel right at home. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else to get a massage.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Because I feel I am passionate about helping others. I was in the medical field for 17 years. I continue to take courses of education to further my career of expertise.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. When people come in with pain and have difficulty with their range of motion and by the rime they leave their pain is much better and they can now turn their neck further rotate their back better or bend their knee without pain.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Why do they have so many tight muscles (knots). I tell them it is their lifestyle. It is caused by the things they do in their life that might cause it Whether it be home life, work life, posture, exercise.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That I am very professional and take pride in the services that I offer. I do not offer any illegal or sexual services in my day spa.
