I've known Jennifer for years and she is a true professional in the Panama City real estate market. I would highly recommend her as your agent for buying or selling a home in Panama City.

A. For listing customers we continually market their property to as many international websites as possible providing them the most comprehensive and complete marketing available.
For purchasing customer, we send them properties that match their criteria as they become available before most websites have these same properties displayed. This provides our buyers with better opportunities to purchase before others have had the chance to view the property.
For investors, we scout potential investment properties, keep the apprised of changes and enhancements to the area, and continually update them with available properties.
A. Buyers should hire an agent who shows enthusiasm, communicates well, can offer previous client testimonials, has an easy to use and well placed website which allows access to ALL listing in the area of your choice.
Sellers, should also hire a similar agent. An agent with a high profile and easily found website will help sell the home faster and more often for a higher price.
A. Buyers do not get a better deal by attempting to purchase from a listing agent. It is not up to the agent to change prices of properties or alter commissions those decisions are solely up to the seller.
Buyers should work with an agent that will work for them, have their best interests in mind and communicate well and efficiently.
Sellers should work with agents whose websites are at the top of the search engines. Today, 95% of buyers use the internet when searching for a home to purchase. Shouldn't you be working with the agent in your area who has the most visibility for potential buyers?
A. Does your website offer complete MLS listings?
Can you provide any testimonials?
How often will you communicate with me?
What can I expect from using you as my agent of choice?
Do you work alone or do you have a support team to assist you?
A. More important in today's market, but equally as important as the real estate market improves, buyers must get pre-appoved/pre-qualified prior to looking at homes.
There is very little more disappointing then looking at a home you fall in love with, only to find out it is beyond your means.
Contact an agent who can help you with your financing by introducing you to several local lenders to help qualify you for the home you've always wanted.
A. While continuing education is a requirement in the state of Florida, I also continue to learn, read and increase my knowledge as the industry grows and changes.
After all, can you really ever know too much about the industry you've chosen as your profession?
A. Contact a local agent in your area if you are in the Panama City, Florida area contact me directly, try to have an in person meeting and get as many of your questions answered as possible.
There's no reason why you can't ask them for a job either! I recruit new agents to the Panama City Real Estate team who have little to no experience and am always looking for new agents to join us.
Sometimes, a clean slate is the easiest to write on :)
