Karsun Designs built my website for me and I am very pleased with the work that was done. I was not at all familiar with designing a website and she came up with the whole design. She got me into some popular search engines and I have had a lot of clients from my website. She is very professional, efficient and reliable. I would definitely use her for future web sites and have recommended her to several possible clients.

Karsun Designs created the perfect website for my business. They took my little suggestions and turned them into something amazing. They've also added extra pages, including a photo page and a sales page, which have made the website even better. I've been told by visitors how easy to navigate it is, and that they can find anything they're looking for. Looking for a great website host? Look no further than Karsun Designs!

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Websites and freelance writing. I do both and they're pretty equal in workload.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure you ask about extra costs. Sometimes a base fee can run much higher after the extras are thrown in. My contract clearly covers it all.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I'd want to know more about SEO and I can help with that.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Know what you are willing to spend and how you want it to look.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I work with people like they are my friends. My job is not done till you are fully satisfied.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Being able to create work that is helpful for businesses.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. They sometimes ask how a website can help and I let them know that most people will now look online for a business so they have to have a presence there.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I enjoy all of my customers and sometimes trade out. I've had my dogs trained, massages, you name it.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That I want to genuinely help them and create something they love to show off.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. It's a long story but I made myself a personal site first and things went from there.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I did a website for a friend's first book. I'm proud of her writing career.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I have an AA and working on my second degree. I also take online classes that may help me.

A. My fees are pretty much standard although I do take payment plans and will work with anyone to make sure they can afford it.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Learn about people as well as the business. Knowing how people think will help as much as knowing HTML.

Q. Write your own question and answer it.

A. Do you really enjoy working with your customers? I really do and consider most of them a personal friend.
