We are a "unique" trail riding business, and we offer rides tailored to your group's riding experience. This is not one of those "one-horse's-nose-in-the-other-horse's-butt" trail rides. We will quiz you on your riding experience and your expectations and deliver the best trail ride you have ever been on.

My husband Robert and I have years of experience with horses and will make sure you are on a horse that you can ride with confidence. One of the two of us or both of us will accompany you on the ride and treat you like family.

When you book a ride for your group, meaning one to five riders, that is the group. We will not add other riders to your ride. Choose which park and how long you want to ride.

Favorite parks are Little Manatee River and Alafia River State Parks, with rides usually from 2 to 4 hours. Or, let's take a lunch and make a day of it. Our rates are reasonable and affordable for the whole family.

  I met Robert and Kathy for the first time on Christmas Day 2010. I had purchased a gift certificate for a trail ride for my daughter and with potential bad weather in store for the date we had scheduled, they offered to take her on Christmas Day so as to be sure she didn't miss the opportunity. We rode again as a family in the spring of 2011. Now, we can't get enough of their beautiful horses!! They go above and beyond to ensure a truly unique ride suited to your riding skills. We now ride with them very frequently and my daughter absolutely adores their horses (as do I). The horses adapt to their rider and are well taken care of. Robert and Kathy are both beyond wonderful people and will go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your experience and continue to come back. Better yet, their rates are very reasonable.
  
  Riding with Robert and Kathy has sparked my love for horses again and it allows me to spend time with my daughter doing something we both enjoy. Ride with them once and I guarantee you'll want to return.........again and again.

  What an experience riding with Kathy and Robert. They are very informative about riding and will help you understand anything you ask about riding with them. Everyone of their horses are well behaved and trained.
  I hadn't been on a horse since I was a teenager and when I found Kathy and Robert I was ready to give horseback riding a try again at 42. My best friend and I met up with them in April 2011 for the first time. They let me ride Rose, a mustang. I just enjoyed her so much, I ride her every time I go riding, she is very gentle and a joy to ride. My friend and I enjoyed ourselves so much we ride once a month or more with Kathy and Robert now. We have also brought a few friends with us on some of our rides. Everyone has a so much fun that some of them have come back with us to ride.
  Kathy and Robert really make you feel like you are a part of their family. The experience is well worth a try. There are pictures taken to remember your experience.

  John and I have ridden with Kathy & Robert several times in the beautiful state parks and it has always been a pleasure. Recently we took two of our visiting grandchildren, ages 12 and 15 and they can't wait to go again. Robert took the time to explain each horse's personality and showed the kids how to properly handle the horses. They were thrilled with learning something new, riding horses that responded to them, and galloping through the park! Thanks Kathy and Robert for your special service.

  WOW!! What an amazing experience, Kathy & Robert did a great job making sure we were comfortable during our 2.5 hr trail ride. The trails were quite shaded so it wasn't too hot. We rode Cheyenne, Riddle & Rose and they were all very well taken care of and well trained. Kathy took some great photos which she kindly emailed to me after our ride! I would definitely recommend Wolfe's Born to Ride and can't wait to ride with them again!
