Great job by a trained technician, uniformed, polite, and credentialed. These guys were able to work with my building in downtown. Brickell provided a certificate of insurance quoted the job correctly in advance and then provided for the repairs exactly as they had indicated I was very pleased and most highly recommend them for Internet or other similar services.

I reached out to i-Installl Technology because I was having connectivity issues with my router and devices. Kevin responded to my initial contact within 3 minutes and came to my home the next day to do an assessment of the situation. This young man is knowledgeable, punctual, cordial and just an all-around nice guy. His onsite analysis was thorough and he provided various alternatives to try to get the matter sesolved. I ended up replacing the existing router with a higher quality product. He was also extremely responsive to my questions and texts. His pricing is fair and competitive. I-Install Technology was hired to diagnose my PC that suddenly had a black screen issue and the displays were not working whatsoever. Kevin spent ample time diagnosing and recovering the PC with his skill set. He did a thorough job analyzing the system and bringing it back to its normal state and I was very appreciative of his services. I-Install Technology helped us with eliminating the wi-fi dead zones in our house. Kevin is a consummate professional from start to finish. He spent a lot of time assessing the problem and giving us options. We went with installation of a mesh system. Kevin was meticulous about the installation process, assessing connection and internet speed at every step of the process, placement of the mesh system devices, and communicating with our cable company to make sure everything would work perfectly. Kevin did not leave until he was certain everything was A-OK. We were beyond happy with his professionalism, expertise, conscientiousness, and follow through.
