Luk Solutions was able to resolve issues that Dell support themselves could not resolve. The process was very simply from start to finish and that was very beneficial to me particularly since I am a complete novice to PCs. Service was very profession, timely and efficient. My old dinosaur of a computer is running like it is brand new after Luk Solutions worked their magic. I would recommend Luk Solutions for every and any computer needs. They do know their stuff!!

Very prompt when called. Came out to house and picked up laptop and kept me informed the whole time he was working on my problem. Service was prompt and delivered back quickly. Service was superb and volunteered some information exactly what he found and ways for it not to occur again. While at house he offered to set up a wireless printer to our network. Highly recommend. Give him a call and at a fair price.

VERY professional, provider picked up my laptop and updated me throughout the day on progress and then dropped it off fixed and working. Price was reasonable. I'm very impressed and highly recommend LUK solutions, I personally will use them again. Deserve a 6 star rating!!

Luke's knowledge and ability quickly became apparent. He quickly diagnosed and corrected the issues causing my Blue Screens and Frozen Screens. Luke is now in my contacts as my "Computer Guy".

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up with the love of devices and tinkering and taking things apart. I did banking for a few years but decided to go back to college and pursue my dream of being a Computer Technician. I have far since exceeded my dream and it does not feel like work anymore as I love what I do!
