- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free in-home consultations where we help you choose the perfect product for your unique needs. We provide a down to the penny price to for every customer so there are no surprise up-charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come to your home with our Mobile Flooring Showroom at a date and time that works for you. You will select the product that fits your needs from an assortment of samples, and we will work together to get your install scheduled on your desired timeframe.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Design Associates and installers go through over a hundred hours of training annually to stay up-to-date on the latest and best trends and tactics to be sure our customers have the best experience possible.
