We hired Upright to refurbish our office, after a happenstance meeting with Kris while waiting in line at Publix. I mentioned that my office was in need of an overhaul, and Kris mentioned that that was his company's specialty. We went back and forth on several ideas, and Kris was always ready to offer meaningful suggestions on what we could and could not do, based on our existing structure (a very old house transformed to an office). I appreciated the patience showed by Kris, and finally, my team agreed to a plan, and demolition and reconstruction began. What a great job these guys did!! I cannot speak highly enough about how professional and hardworking the Upright Remodeling team was. Our project had to take place in stages, and each completed stage just got us that much more excited about the end result. Bill was amazing at coming up with solutions to any challenge that arose (and we had many because of the age of our building). Upright has now completed our project, and the result is absolutely stunning- an amazing transformation! All that demolition and debris gave way to new walls, new offices, a new lobby, a new conference room, and lots of special touches and attention to detail in every step along the way. Thank you Kris and Bill (and everyone on your team) for all your hard work, professionalism and rapid responses to all our edits and changes. Hiring Upright was a far superior contractor experience than to anyone I've ever hired before, and when in the future I have another remodeling need, at home or at work, these will be the guys I will call on first. I had my bathroom remodel by then and there really disappointed me I paid good money im so disappointed that I cried for weeks big routing the painting there plumber don't get me started was bad day cantina straight line the fancy tile sticks out of the water source on the drywall was gone horribly they never told you when they were coming if they were coming at all that day.the workers they had come to my house were rude they were nasty looking.and if you pointed something out that you didn't like or thought was wrong they just SAT there and argued with you and told you that there was nothing wrong and that they weren't going to change it

We have a passion for beautifying homes and it so hard to find an ethical contractor. We wanted to change the playing field. Do what we love but ethically and honestly!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the contractor is properly licensed and insured. You should obtain more than one quote on your project but make sure you are comparing apples to apples when evaluating the cost. Some contractors have hidden costs.
