Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Call our office and setup a meeting with Carl. Take 15 minutes out of your day and learn how you will get more business and also learn how to use that revenue to increase your bottom line. There is no obligation and you have nothing to lose.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I wish that I knew how easy it was and how great the support is from our office. In this world of "Go online and find it yourself!", it is great to know that each client of ours has their own personal assistant.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. I feel that the most important factor is that the business should have a cost of product of 50% or less. For example, restaurants are always great clients. They have a cost of product that averages 35% or less. Service businesses have very little cost of product and Itex can be a tremendous source of revenue for them.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our office actually cares about what benefits we bring to our clients. If we meet with a potential client and see that they are not a fit for Itex, we tell them. People appreciate honesty, especially in today's world and usually become excellent referral sources for us.
