I'd like to thank Scott and Melinda for all their help - truly above and beyond my expectations for a home inspection. Not sure I could have done it without you. My buyers say, "thank you, thank you thank you!!"

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You need to know which inspector will be helping with your project. Make sure you're comfortable with the individual inspector that will be helping you and don't settle for the random inspector that just happened to get your assignment.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish that people understood the wide range of services that are offered within my profession. Many are what I call "checklist" inspectors. Those that are there to complete the job and get out of there. And then there are other extreme. Those that take a personal interest in your project and your individual needs. These are the people will be there for you long after the inspection process.
