Let me first say that I appreciate the prompt response of both Raquelle and Leandra. I have a short term rental business and attempted to employ additional backup cleaners. Our business is quite busy and unfortunately they weren’t the best fit for the STR business however were willing to accommodate our request. My property manager did have to come back scrub the tub, vacum under the beds , sweep but other than that they did an amazing job but not up to business standard… clean is clean.

if a few "crumbs of dirt" are left on the floor - that I will understand because we do our best, but it will never be perfect.
however, cleaning under and/or behind furniture - we do not do it on short term rental,because our airbnb cleaning is regular and not deep cleanings.

when hiring us it was specified that our priority will ALWAYS be our permanent customers who have a family home - these are our customers! we did a test and, promptly, after a checklist by his company's manager, we clarified that we were not the type of professional they were looking for because $100 for deep cleaning was far from our values. the agreed amount ($100) includes regular cleaning: - surface dust removal; -vaccum and mop throughout the floor; - cleaning of the internal windows; - fridge, stove and microwave outside. It was also clarified to Mr Latoya that, as it is an airbnb, we could include: - internal cleaning of the fridge, stove and microwave. but for that price, we could NEVER include cleaning under sofa, bed and behind furniture.
we did a good job. the bathtub in the residence was well stained, we left it soaking in the time we could stay in the house - the stain didn't come out. we apologize for not having found "the dustpan" of the residence and for any mini dirt that could have remained, as we always say: "we did our best, but we will never reach perfection". clean is clean - we understand that, but value is value! and a deep clean is not worth regular cleaning.
we total 3 hours in services provided to the team.
and I can commend them for their politeness and kindness.
