This was not a “move in” clean. I was excited to move into our new house we just closed. I spoke with Sam & she assured me that I would receive a deep clean after a home renovation. The cleaning was supposed to include the inside of the cabinets, baseboards, top to bottom. We agreed they would come the day before our move in so there was no furniture in the house. The ladies were over 30 minutes late, which I was fine with. But the actual cleaning was terrible. I arrived when they were almost done and checked their work. They didn’t even have a ladder or step stool so they didn’t clean the top 3 shelves of any of the cabinets. The walls are still dusty from the construction. The baseboards were not cleaned. This photo shows the top of the refrigerator full of dust.
It was also challenging to communicate with Sam. She said she didn’t get any of my texts so I sent her screenshots to the thumbtacks app but I had to reach out multiple times before getting a response.
The only positive is the ladies were nice and apologetic about their lack of quality. I would not recommend this company.
