Question and answer
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Social media, blogging, and web design and development.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Don't be fooled by prices. Cheaper usually means less knowledge. If you're really looking for solutions, spend the extra money and you'll get a return on what you pay much quicker.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. There really is so much to go over here. We have a lot of intellectual properties that we utilize to make us succeed easier with our clients.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. I would like to know mostly about experience in the field and things they have tried in the past. And the outcome of each.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Our work stands out because we've been doing it for longer than most other small firms. We were conducting social media services before it was even coined "social media." We were founded in 2006 and simply used common sense and advanced Internet tactics to connect with new customers on behalf of brands.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Seeing the smile and happiness of our clients when they run the numbers and discover that what we are doing is making them money.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. They mostly ask about prices and services. I can tell you that we offer more services than most small firms and that we offer extremely competitive prices and the ability to customize any package to any client's needs.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. All I have is amazing stories from our great team members and the parties that we throw together at the office.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. That I am a harder worker than anyone you've ever seen.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I was in a band trying to leverage the internet to sell our music. When the band broke up, all I had was my knowledge of the web.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. We killed it for Coca-Cola and a promotion they ran to target Gen-Y.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. I'm always on webinars and podcasts. When I take my lunch everyday, I'm in front of the computer reading industry blogs.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. In social media, something changes every minute. Too many to name.
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. We built an iPhone application for a music company. It only cost a couple thousand dollars and only took us two months to publish.
Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.
A. Just tell us who you are and what your goals are, and we customize are services to you.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. Read something new everyday and apply what you learn. Repeat.
Q. Write your own question and answer it.
A. Do we ever fail as a company?
Yes of course, but never for our clients. Only for ourselves.
