Be Organic Personal Chef Services - Presidential Celebrity Eco-Chefs

We are a personal chef service that offers catering, using locally grown organic ingredients to provide healthier alternatives to current food options.

We are based here in South Florida, servicing the Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade areas.

We offer services for corporate and private receptions and in-home meal services for families and individuals and engagements.

If you're looking to set the mood for a special someone, we also provide intimate dinner for two, small boutique dinners, and wine-pairing dinners. We also provide cooking demonstrations accompanied with an educational component to help assist living a healthier lifestyle.

Our customer (called our personal "Foodies") are pleased to know that all of our food items are organic and locally brought; all of our sauces are made from scratch, so we control the amount of sodium, sugar, and fats that go into every dish.

Our use of seasonal fruits and vegetables means that our clients get a higher nutrient density from their meals. Customers are pleased that our dishes can be tailored to meet general dietary restrictions (i.e. no dairy or no meat; call the chefs to discuss).

We were awarded for the "Best Natural Food Award" by New Times Magazine and presented at the coveted Food Network South Beach Wine and Food Festival.

Don't let the company name fool you into thinking we are too expensive for your budget, or the food might taste like wheatgrass. We are happy to work with you to develop menus best suited for your budget and catering needs to make your next event a huge success and an unbelievable experience!

Please take a moment to inquire about rates for our services. We dare to be organic; do you?

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. When it comes to providing food that is healthy yet tasty, don't think as "organic" as too expensive because you think you can't afford our services. We are always willing to work within your budget for any event.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. We have a small budget, do you think that we can afford your services?

YES!! We tailor our services to your budget and not compromise on taste or value of service that we provide to you and your guest.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. For several years we have been ushering in a new era of organic food and lifestyle around the state of Florida. Be Organic was founded in 2007 by three friends out of the need for better food, better lifestyle and the observed miss-education of food throughout our communities. We strive for excellence and for many people who had the pleasure of dining with us, had the pleasure of experience this first hand. Below are brief introductions of the founders and the chefs of Be Organic:

Andre Walker, 37, is a diabetic who at the time of diagnosis was in diabetic shock and wasn’t even aware of illness. Now Walker has diabetes under control. Through a proper diet and regular (non-occupational) physical activities, Walker doesn’t need the use of insulin to manage diabetes.

Kirk Nelson, 30, is the “preventative” one in the group. By making conscious decisions Nelson uses “preventative” measures, taking the proper steps to avoid preventable illnesses, such as obesity, heart diseases, diabetes, and cancers.

Roosevelt Desir, 29, a cancer survivor, was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma stage 4 at time of diagnosis had less than two months to live. Desir underwent bone marrow/stem cell transplant and now three years since Desir been cured. Desir, since last treatment, incorporates a strict diet accompanied with a variety of vigorous physical actives. Desir, Nelson, and Walker’s preventative strategies are the models of what Be Organic wants people to emulate.
