Elizabeth has been my fitness trainer for almost 3.5 years. Since coming to 31 Ten Fitness, my body has completely transformed. Her classes have made me stronger, leaner and improved my overall health. Elizabeth is not only knowledgeable about fitness and the equipment we use but she also provides useful information on nutrition. Her newsletter always has healthy and delicious meals that are easy to prepare. Elizabeth's passion for fitness is contagious. Working out is now a part of my day. Working out at 31 Ten Fitness is now the best part of my day!

I’ve been training with Elizabeth on and off for about 8 years now. When she left my last gym as an instructor and head coordinator to open her own studio, my fitness level significantly declined and I found myself falling into old habits again a year later. I knew I needed a good kick in the behind to get motivated again so I approached her about trying out her new studio. Here I am 4 months later and close to 20lbs lighter and back where I want to be. Her ability to motivate people is truly a gift as is her ability to keep her training sessions fresh and challenging. She has a definite passion for fitness and is always available to help you improve in all aspects of a healthy lifestyle - whether its new techniques, proper form, or nutrition. Pilates is a training technique that I would recommend to anyone, as I just reached 40, the importance of building a strong core has become my main focus. TRX also achieves this goal with minimal impact; pretty much every exercise relies on stability and building a strong core. I highly recommend giving it a try, if you stay focused and work hard, you will see results. -Chris Pompano

Liz's pilates training did wonders for my back aches and posture! She can really push you to get the results you desire. Liz is a fantastic motivator and is great at customizing a workout routine to best suit your body and goals! definitely check out 31ten!

If you are looking for cutting edge fitness classes then you must look no further and go to 31 Ten Fitness. Elizabeth O'Connor the owner of 31 Ten Fitness offers a variety of classes which compliments any fitness level. TRX class is extremly challenging but it makes you want to keep going back for more. Every class is different from the last as there is so much variation with moves. Pilates Reformer is a great way to work out the body and get that awesome tone look. I highly recommend you try 31 Ten Fitness Classes.

I have been working out with Liz for over 3 years in various classes and private, and have found her to be motivating, knowledgable and always positive. She recognizes different individual needs and makes modifications if necessary. The studio is very friendly and inviting.
