A. The most important thing I tell them is too make sure they higher a licensed and insured contractor. And to never higher your "lawn guy" to trim your trees. It is a very dangerous profession. The last thing you would want to do is to try to save a little bit of money and end up having someone fall out of your tree and go after you as the homeowner.
A. We take pride in what we do. Our staff has 25+ years of experience in our field and until every last issue is addressed our job isn't done. We will never try to sell you on something that isn't needed. We always return phone calls as needed and we are reliable. We will make sure you are happy in the end.
A. We enjoy what we do. We are outdoor people like yourselves who enjoy working with the public. The only difference is that we are trained in this field as our profession. What I love the most is never in the last 25 years have I ever had to do any advertising. All our work has been word of mouth so we must be doing something right. :)
A. Why do I have to have my trees trimmed? I proceed to explain to them what happens if you don't trim your trees down here. With hurricanes as a constant threat to the South Florida area it is very important to keep your trees trimmed. Some species of trees have root systems that are close to the surface and if not trimmed correctly will blow over in high winds.
A. Every year we have to go take a course to update our Tree Trimmers License. In that course they go over any new safety precautions from Osha so we stay up to date on everything.
