A. That most computer service professionals lack the necessary knowledge and experience and simply think that because they have a certification of some sort that they know what they are doing, this is not the case. When it comes to computers what really matters is experience and background.

A. Ask about any sort of work guarantees as well as warranties of work as well as a list detailing what work needs to be done as well as a checklist to make sure everything was done properly.
