A. All travel agents are not created equal! Make sure your agent SPECIALIZES in the destination you wish to visit.

A. There are three important questions to ask when hiring Disney or Universal Studios Vacation Planner. They are:

1. Do you charge a fee? If the answer is "yes," RUN! No travel agent should charge a fee to their clients. We are paid by the vendors.
2. When is the last time you visited Disney or Universal Studios? The answer should be "Within the last six months." How can someone be an expert if they don't visit the destination?
3. What are your business hours? The answer should be "I'm available when you need me." What good is a travel agent you can't contact?

Christine at magical mouse plans was wonderful to work with! This was our first trip to Disney with our kids (ages 7, and 4). It had been 20 years since my last visit, and I had no idea what to expect. It was amazingly easy with christines help! Christine has made planning a trip to Disney World so easy and worry free. She arranged for all of our transfers and helped us to decide where to dine as that can be overwhelming! She is fast to answer emails and has been VERY helpful to us in the planning of our last two trips.
