Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. There are many types of Real Estate Sales, They are residential, commercial, leasing, rentals, condominiums, vacation homes, investment properties, vacant land to give you a few. As a trained Real Estate Broker and owner of Affordable homes Realty, LLC I am qualified in all of these types of transactions. I have sold all of them throughout my career. My specialty is affordable housing and that gives me the most rewarding satisfaction by helping the average family find and obtain a home of their dreams.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. They should make sure they have all of their ducks in a row. They should have down payment funding, home financing approval from their bank or a certified mortgage broker for the type of home they can afford, an idea of the area they would like to live in, the size and style of home they would like, and the willingness to be patient and find the right home for themselves .

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Because the real estate industry is becoming more sophisticated and challenging every day, you need professionals that understands the industry and a company that is positioned to stay ahead of the game. I am a National Association of REALTORŪ Certified Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Specialist.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I really like the feeling I get when I help someone find a home, not just a house. Whether it is a young family buying their first home or a retired couple looking to downsize, I always like the sense of pride and accomplishment after closing the sale.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes I do! We have to maintain a certain number of continuing education credits and hours to keep our license active. I currently have over 150 hours of education as a Real Estate Broker. That is equivalent of a BA degree.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. The housing market is going through some major changes right now. And you have to be up on all of them. There is a flood of foreclosure and short-sale homes on the market and you should know what you are doing to try and obtain one. You can get some real bargains but you have to be educated about the market. You really need a professional to help you with all of the things you need to do to qualify for these types of sales. As a Short-sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) I am trained and qualified to help you with all of the things needed to qualify for this type of sale. I have taken the needed courses and test to help my clients.
