- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on a few key factors such as, (in no particular order) *Type of event (Birthday party,Wedding) *Location of venue(5 mile, 50miles) *Size of event (10 people, 100 people, ect) *Any special equipment needed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I speak with a customer, I first ask a few questions to find just what their needs are and how I can fill them and provide a quote. If hired, I will provide a contract along with a Timeline of a Typical Reception (if appropriate) and wedding information sheet which contains the Bride, Groom, and bridal party's information as well as special music.I collect a deposit before the event, to reserve the date. If the customer wishes, we may meet, perhaps with the other service providers, to discuss the event.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Typically, we are hired for weddings and birthday parties. Social events such as lodge parties and business events are not uncommon. Our business started by playing in pubs and lounges, and grew from word of mouth and internet advertising to be an event based operation.
