FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually starts with a quick phone call, from the client, to ask me a question or two about their particular need. I offer a Meet and Greet, and then I pop over to meet them and the animals they would like me to watch. This allows comfort on both our parts, as well to make sure that any concerns or questions that have, I am able to answer directly.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Taking care of others is something that I have been doing since I was in college in NY. It is a great way to earn money, get experience and meet wonderful people. I have so many great memories and have developed long term relationships with clients that I cherish.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of job is the in home dog sitting. I go to clients homes and walk their dogs, feed them, clean up after them and play. I have some clients that I go to 3 times a week, some that hire me to stay overnight with their animals as they pets have never been alone. I have a lot of add-on services that I offer and most of my clients take advantage of that as time goes by.
