Tier 1 Design

Introduction: I have been known to make IT easier for everyone to understand, from young to old, enabling people to use IT and computers to their benefit has been my strength. In addition I have been known to tackle large IT problems with ease, especially with growing companies on a budget. My ability to simplify things has helped greatly to differ between me and my competitors. Everything. The ever changing IT world means always learning, and one has to love everything in the IT world in order to keep up. What I enjoy the absolute most is seeing that my customers are happy and absolutely content with the service received. Even more so that they understand what is being done. Customer satisfaction is something that is highly overlooked in the IT world today and I cannot emphasize enough.
