Larry has a very natural way of conveying his knowledge and expertise to the studenst, which makes an excellent teacher. I have taken his class in the past and am taking another one now. I highly recommend Larry to businesses looking to improve safety quality to their employees.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As a authorize OSHA Outreach Trainer we are required to renew our trainer qualifications every 4 years. I have also taken many Safety training courses on-line, along with F.E.M.A First responders training courses. Recently I finish my training as a certified CPR / AED instructor. Currently I have all the documentation for these courses.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Working with small mom and pop shops. They seem to be in the most need for good strong safety training. Also we have worked with many fortune 500 companies with large safety programs that may have had accidents. I have also been referred by OSHA Safety & Health Compliance Officers who have attended my classes in the past.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look and listen to all their previous Clients. See if they were satisfied. Find out what they like or did not like about the instructor. Ask many question's of the instructor, meet with the instructor, invite them to come to your place of work. See if they are truly interested in helping change the workplace safety culture. Then see what they offer as a way to improve the safety culture. Check out their web sight and or any professional social site that they may have. Often times the public's view of a company will give you a clear picture of how well the trainers will communicate with the clients. We take pride in providing not only the safety training but also we look at all avenues to improve your safety program. Always check out the credentials of the instructor, Make sure that they truly are Authorized to teach for the OSHA Training Institute!
