Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure the company you hires is licensed and insured. We had a bride and groom call us last May and they were on the beach waiting and no one showed up to do there ceremony and it was all paid in full. They called us and we Married them! We love to see our happy couples! We can even incorporate the family if they would like.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If I were a bride trying to plan my wedding I would regret not hiring a planner like A Paradise Wedding. Having a vendor referral system is a wonderful way to save money and bypassing very expensive vendors and unrecommended or unliscensed vendors. Planners typically have a great vendor referral list they share after booking with them.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Clients should know their number of guests and their budget. As soon as we have that in place we can work a plan out with you to ensure your day is everything you've dreamed about! It's the best starting point and the easiest way to ensure finding your venue that best suits your vision and budget as both are equally important.

Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Creating the vision of the bride and groom! They usually know what they want and if they don't we show them many pictures and videos to help them choose the favorite colors, arches, flowers, music etc.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Most clients want to know if their budget is too little for the amount of guests they wish to invite and their venue choices. Some clients are looking in the wrong places for their venues if they are out of the budgeted plan. Hiring a planner will bypass a lot of legwork in regards to booking the right place for the right price.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. We were decorating for an outdoor reception under a large Tiki Hut last year. The cake was delivered. It was cupcakes on a huge 4 tier and a small cake on the top for the bride and groom to take home for their first anniversary. A squirrel spotted the cake and jumped up on the table and I ran as fast as I could to scare him away. But he already had taken a bite out of the top layer! We called our cake person and she came back with another top! All is well and the bride and groom never knew until they came back from their honeymoon!!

A. Hours are spent months before your big day to ensure it is going to be executed to your standards. We leave no stone unturned. We have planned many weddings and have the know how to keep unexpected disasters from happening and how to keep a bride on budget. Your day happens once in a lifetime, why not leave it in a proffessional's hands and enjoy your day without worries?
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. 10 years ago I planned my own wedding. I loved planning it! I unfortunately did not have a planner on my day to properly execute my long year of hard work to all details and no stones unturned. On my day, many disasters struck. I thought I could do it, but unfortunately being in two places at once was not something I could pull off, hence my current line of work, and still loving it!!!
