We bought a house that had been abused and I thought the tile flooring/grout was unsalvageable. There were holes, chips & gouges in the tile as well as missing grout. Not to mention the grout was black it was so dirty. There was also a bathroom that I thought I would just shut the door on. In under 5 hours two fabulous young men managed to turn the house around. They cleaned and were able to repair all of the damaged tile and grout to my satisfaction. I believe my first word was WOW! From my first conversation with Tom to the finish everyone was professional. Cost was discussed up front and price was more than fair. No surprises. Thank you to the great team. The only thing they could not help me with was the fact that I really do not like the tile much but there is nothing I can do with that at this point :)
