- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To stay competitive we are constantly reviewing and adjusting our pricing. we want to keep the cost as low as possible for you without sacrificing quality. the final price we agree on is the price no bait and switch no adding to the cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first contact the customer by messaging. We learn about your home and agree on a price that is both fair and affordable. We agree on day and time. the Customer then gives us an address and contact information. Then we ask for a $50 deposit to save your spot. It's recommended not required.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked in the industry for over a decade with a very good cleaning company. I have developed a passion to clean homes and clean them well. I have the tools experience and understanding of what a clean home looks like and feels like.
