A. My best advice for anyone seeking a real estate agent - look for a real estate agent with LOCAL KNOWLEDGE - specific to neighborhoods of interest. This holds true whether buying or selling a home.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Real Estate Professionals do get paid only if a transaction closes. Still, most of us truly work for the client - not just to get a deal done to earn a buck!

A. What can you tell me about my neighborhood specifically? What is the most effective marketing tool you use?
