- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My journey into the Real Estate and Property Management industry began with my family’s deep-rooted involvement in the field. Ever since I can remember, I was immersed in the world of real estate, attending open houses and witnessing beautiful projects and homes being built. I often heard my cousins negotiating deals over the phone and frequently tagged along to property showings. These experiences ignited my passion for the business, and from a young age, I knew this was the path I wanted to pursue. There was no turning back for me, and I’ve been dedicated to the industry ever since.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One recent project I’m particularly proud of involved a complete renovation and staging of a charming 1920s bungalow in a desirable neighborhood in Tampa. The project took about three months from start to finish. I advised my clients to start with essential repairs, such as updating the plumbing and electrical systems, followed by cosmetic enhancements including fresh paint, new flooring, and modern light fixtures. The final touch was staging the home to highlight its unique architectural features and maximize its appeal to potential buyers. The effort paid off, as the property received multiple offers within days of listing and sold well above the asking price. This project exemplified the power of strategic updates and professional staging in boosting a property’s market value.
