Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Positive interaction with my clients. I love over-delivering on quality and expectations. The referral work that comes from that is very rewarding! In a day and age when customer service seems to be a lost art, I relish the opportunity to go the extra mile for them.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I was let go in my construction job back in December of 2006 due to the downturn in the new construction housing market. I knew that I was done working for others and decided to start my own business. I made a promise to myself that I would only do it if I was going to do it the right way.

Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. Customer service skills. I enjoy being able to take someone from being upset to being happily involved with thier product or service. Occasionaly you are going to have a miscommunication with a client or the unavoidable glitch with a product or service, it's innevitable! What makes a company truly great, is it's ability to handle those situations so that your clients know that you care about them. If it's not what I would want to be happy with in my own situation, then it's not what I feel that my customer should have to settle for either. This philosophy has served me well for many, many years!
