- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our basic handyman work fee is $49 per hour for a two-person team but we can quote on a per job basis as well. For larger jobs we offer discounts and due to the fact that our team specializes in so many different areas we can often beat almost any quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a conversation about the job by phone if possible, come out the the location and take a look at the job site if possible, discuss the potential customer's goals and desires, decide on a flat rate or hourly rate and then deliver five-star service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my team has been in the construction industry since childhood so tons and tons of hands on experience doing small projects all the way up to building entire houses.
