A. Always ask questions. make sure you have a clear answer. i won't ever charge more than 100 dollars a day. you can count on that. (excluding what you end up having to buy in material, of course.) make sure companies don't try to make you buy through them. it is a hidden markup of supposed convenience. a lot of them prey on ignorance, getting things from a place and charging you, lying to you and saying these parts arent in stores, but they happen to have an extra one. always research what innovation you want done. know your product that you are buying. research, research, research.
A. It takes a lot of time. anyone with a good head on their soulders wouldn't rush a procedure that is in place to (1) decrease your needs of expensive electricity from your local provider, even giving you the opportunity to sell back the power, (2) anyone won't work on someone else's system unless done strictly to code. make sure who ever you have working on it knows code. he must know electrical code. also, when you are done, you need to have it inspected. most of us do not operate under a license and would stick you with the fault of not checking the work. must be up to code or you cannot sell back the power.
A. Want to see my electric bill? Do you encourage me to buy parts from other retailers or from your own interests? Are you comfortable with this job? Do you really know what you're doing? Can you make sure you adhere to all city and county codes, as well as osha standards? Have you contacted the correct power authorities to confirm?
