Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Don't choose cost over ethic! In other words because someone is cheaper or (in some cases more expensive) does not mean they are better! Yes you get what you pay for so don't sacrifice quality for a cheaper price!
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Keep your vehicle washed regularly and waxed every 3-4 months to avoid an expensive detail down the road!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We ensure the satisfaction of all our clients and have you inspect the vehicle before we leave!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Simple, we love to detail!! We don't "work" because we enjoy what we do!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How much and how long does it take?
Depending on the condition of the vehicle it can take from 30 minutes up to 4 hours! We have several (6) different packages to choose from!
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. We helped raise $32,000 for a new county play ground for the school system in Sept. 2013
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Sometimes it's not always easy to clean the dirtiest vehicles but we will do everything we can!
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Several of us have worked for high-line car dealerships in the past!
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. A customer had mold throughout the interior of their minivan due to a storm and the sunroof being left open all night. Needless to say they happen to not drive the van often so mold grew inside on the carpets, seats and door panels. We spent a few hours on it after 2 places turned her away. It came out amazing! She was so happy she started crying ( in a good way!) and couldn't believe how great the detail came out.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. We do! We are always looking at the newest detailing gadgets and videos that come out to see if there are any new trades we can learn! We believe that more knowledge will never hurt anyone!
