- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have decided to price my hourly rate below market average not because of lack of experiance, but based on what I fill the market rate should be based on non Contractors licensed rate. Although most of us Handyman are skilled Professionals in the trade we are marketing for, as Handyman We are not Licensed Contractors, We are here to serve the public on the smaller jobs that the bigger company's do not take on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My number one goal is make a friend. To build a relationship of trust that is equal to all parties. To go over the clients Goals and expectations of the finish product. When the job is completed, The client is smiling and is confident they chose the right Company. They will then confidently refer there Family, Friends and Neighbors, Future Home Consultants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 14 years of experiance in the Construction setting. Built a A rated company in Auburn, California along side with my Brother. Creative Exteriors Construction focused on Decks of all shapes and style. We also did Siding and Windows. My brother now has the Company in Santa Rosa California. I studied Construction Management at UC Davis in California-2018 American Home Inspection Training(AHIT) 2022 Licensed and Insured InterNachi member 2022.
