Introduction: One thing we do that is very unique to us is the use of movement to achieve goals as they relate to improvement in quality of life; addressing the physical, mental, social and emotional needs of the individuals. Within our services we always capitalize on teachable moments. We strive to create an experience in our classes and workshops by not only delivering the basic requested service but educating the client and developing a platform for continuous growth useful for life. We get to know our clients so we can best serve them. I love being able to create positive change using dance and the arts. The versatility and functionality of movement is much more that most realize. Having an opportunity to unlock the possibilities and reach that movement has, for people, is an invaluable experience.
