- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$2,000-$3,500 down to begin your case (most cases). Payment plans are available via Affirm if requested. Whether you are looking to utilize the flat fee option, or going the hourly route, we are here to accommodate which option is best for your circumstances. We pride ourselves in keeping costs as minimal as possible, while doing the best job we can obtaining the results our clients are seeking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, the first thing we do is obtain pertinent information regarding their legal matter (either over the phone or via our online questionnaire). Once we determine we can help, we will provide you with a free case evaluation, where you will answer a series of questions. If we determine we can be of help, we will schedule a paid Case Strategy Session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was born in the State of New York (Brooklyn) & raised in Long Island (Valley Stream). After graduating from St. Francis College (N.Y.) with a B.S. in Biology, I worked as a Paralegal at the Law Firm of Weitz & Luxenberg located in downtown Manhattan. It was there I had the opportunity to focus in the area of Personal Injury, and in addition, learned all of the ins and outs as to how to operate a law firm. The following year, I went on to pursue my dream as a lawyer, and attended the Ohio Northern School of Law in Ada, Ohio.
