- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My system can only get complicated when they want a quote without me seeing their home and the condition it may be. Many times I quote and I short change myself because of the time it may take me to clean not knowing something was going to take more time. Many will estimate their home will take a certain amount of hours, clients are almost never correct. When you say 2 hours, my home is only 900 sq ft. Well I will tell you now that is why you want someone to clean for you. Do you get my drift?? ((Smiling)

I always go online for new tips.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to clean, it makes me so relaxed afterwards. I wanted to give that feeling too others. I don't blame people for having house cleaners, I admire them in doing so.
