I have been practicing for 6 years, and over the that time, I have learned many different styles of massage. I do relaxation to more therapeutic work such as trigger point therapy to Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy. AOBT is a barefoot modality that uses bars overhead for support as the therapist uses their soft, warm feet to release the body's tension. It's truly the most wonderful massage I have ever received and given. After I do Ashiatsu on my clients, none of them wanted to go back to regular hands-on massage, and they all said that they didn't even know that I was using my feet.
