It would be difficult to summarize my love for Edyth James in this narrative, or my love for her cooking. She is in a class all her own. You will not find anyone in this area who comes close to her abilities. I was introduced to Edyth and her amazing cuisine over 20 years ago, when she and her late husband ran the infamous resturant Saffron's on Park Street. I was blown away. It was like ecstasy on my tongue. I was hooked. My husband and I were regulars in her establishment and actually had our wedding reception there. She is not only an amazing cook, she makes you feel like family with her genuine kindness. She is the first person that comes to mind if I'm having an event or gathering. Her food is alway the centerpiece. Do yourself a favor. Try her, you will not be disappointed.

First of all there is no company registered as Edyth James Catering. She has commondeered our mothers house to the detriment of the rest of her siblins.She has always run her business as if she is above the law.Refusing to pay Sales tax. As best as i can tell she still owes close to two hundred thousand dollars to the Department of Revenu for sales tax accumulated when she did business under the name Saffrons. As well as many other vendors and employees and family members that she has left unpaid and makes no attempt to repay. She just moves on from one failed project to the next.

Our boss [Mr. Sharp] hosted a dinner party for all of us at his home in Sunset Beach in January 2014. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and organized. I will definitely spread the word about Edyth!

Edyth is a wonderful woman, whom I have known since the early 90s. Her cooking is absolutely divine. My daughter and I have been fans of hers for decades. She catered my daughter's wedding, and our guests loved it. She is also a very supportive person in the community.
