- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that you are going to get personal attention from your attorney, and will be able to reach the attorney on the phone, not just a paralegal. The majority of personal injury attorneys refuse to take their cases all the way to trial. Ask a potential attorney when his last trial was, the name of the case, and which County in which it was tried. Do not accept; "well, it is not in your best interest to try a case..." that is an excuse for never trying one.
