Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We provide personal service, lawyers meet with clients, not paralegals, secretaries or contract runners. We believe our clients deserve to meet with a lawyer and speak with their lawyer when then call. We dont work with referral services or medical clinic chains. We have represnted injured persons since 1997, and never represent the insurance companies. We help people in need, at a time in their life that can be traumatic and devastating. We recognize that people need to be treated like individuals and not just another case to be moved through by a paralegal.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our fees are dictated by the Florida Bar. All personal injury lawyers that represent clients in contingency fee cases must adhere to the same fee schedule. If a lawyer advertises no fees or costs unless we win, then they are simply informing you that they use the standard contingency fee schedule that all lawyers must follow. Some lawyers reduce their fees. Scott and Fenderson will reduce their fees in the event that the lawyers fee is greater than the amount the client will receive at the end of the case. Many lawyers do not reduce their fees. Ask the lawyer if they will reduce their fees under any circumstances before you sign their contract.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Assisting people who have been injured in auto accidents or other injuries caused by the negligence of others.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Before you hire a lawyer, ask your doctor or family friend or relative who they would hire as a lawyer. Do not rely on television advertisements to make such an important decision.
