- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My story is quite boring, I was in Aerospace, Production Control. Didn't like the day to day and on weekends would go to every open house as I was nosey about how people lived, and what the houses looked like on the inside. Then after dragging all my friends and family to any and all open houses, they talked me into just becoming a Realtor so I would leave them alone.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking for a Property Manager, make sure they have the experience to handle any and all situations with tenants. Make sure your home is inspected regularly and that you are made aware of any potential issues before they become large problems. If you are an Investor make sure your Realtor knows both investment practices as well as Management techniques.
