Scott is an incredible voice/singing coach. I am not a professional, just looking to brush up on my vocals before an audition for a choir. To say Scott knows what he’s doing is a massive understatement. I truly learned more with Scott than in years (!) of what I’ll call “regular” singing experience. He is smart, funny, clear and experienced. A google of his composition and performing career, will have you feeling, “I’m not worthy.” But Scott won’t make you feel that way. He’ll ignite your best performance. I know he would do this for a singer of any age.

We are never too old to be better! Scott is helping me, a life long singer, break some habits and find my power. His lessons are intense but fun - and hey, laughing strengthens the diaphragm and lungs. What’s not to love about that?

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m a huge believer that you get what you pay for. If you’re hiring someone for $30, don’t expect them to take care of you in the way someone who charges more. My prices are comparable to others in the industry.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I focus on teaching my students how to break down their walls and emotionally connect with their material while keep their voice healthy and expanding their range. Start building and working on your audition songbooks and get into the college (and the show) of your dreams. I work with my songwriting students on how to build a song from scratch and find the heart in the song that they’ve kept inside for way too long. I work with beginner and advanced songwriters.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have written songs for some of today's brightest talent in all formats from Jazz (Jane Monheit) to Theatre (Cheyenne Jackson, Jonathan Groff, Shoshana Bean) to Pop (Pentatonix, Marc Broussard, Taylor Dayne).
