A. Creating Efficiency.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Q:How does the predictive dialer work?
A: The system is entirely web based. All agents login via an Agent Interface. While Admin User can access admin back end, monitoring tools, lead management, campaign management etc. Lead information is passed to Agent Interface at time of call. Check our website for more information.

Q: How much do your services cost?
A: Each task for Global Business Design is unique there are many questions and details that need to be established before presenting an accurate proposal or quote.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. There was a call center project that we where working on and we where changing there phone system from a standard Voip PBX System to a predictive dialer pbx system.

The transistion went very smooth and we where able to start all of the employees on the new system at the beginning of the week.

I will never forgot the influx in total business done that week compared to the prior week. Just changing from employees using a hand dialing system to an automated dialing system the weekly revenue doubled.

A. That there are new options available more effecient and more cost effective methods to handling your day to day tasks in the office. More resources for making your office mobile.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Working in the Computer Science and IT industry from a young age I started out as a basic Tech Support representative handling end user issues and basic computer diagnostics and repair. Later i moved on to Systems administration and managing larger hosting networks in some of the largest data centers in the area as well as freelancing webdesign and internet marketing. Over the years ive applied the many skills and available resources to bringing together a single solution for business management, IT, and marketing that would typically require the service and tools of several firms.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. The spread of WIFI mobility and networking is going to be making a big impact on Internet related services such as voip. No longer the need to have a home phone line and in some cases no need for cellular services. The functionality of being able to appear to be in your office while your away. With voice over ip SIP technology and features such as virtual fax, hosted CRM solutions, and virtual pbx systems you will be able to manage and run your office from anywhere.
