- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working in the Computer Science and IT industry from a young age I started out as a basic Tech Support representative handling end user issues and basic computer diagnostics and repair. Later i moved on to Systems administration and managing larger hosting networks in some of the largest data centers in the area as well as freelancing webdesign and internet marketing. Over the years ive applied the many skills and available resources to bringing together a single solution for business management, IT, and marketing that would typically require the service and tools of several firms.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Webdesign, SEO, and Internet Marketing Hosted CRM Solutions (Customer Relation Managment) Tech Support and Service Contracts with Small to medium size businesses. Call Center Design, Laying out a large workstation network and implementing a PBX predictive dialer and management system.
