Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. My advice to everyone is to not find the fly-by-night guy or the blow-n-go mowers, because they don't necessarily have the customer's best interests in mind because they might take advantage. Instead look for established companies that are registered with the state or your local county. Those companies that have been licensed and insured want to provide the best work for their customers because they genuinely enjoy pleasing their customers.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I would like to know if the owner operates the machinery, or does he let a herd of Hispanics do all the work, and I say that with the upmost respect because I have had the oppurtunity to work beside these proud men and women, but I wonder if the owner knows the first and last name of every one of his customers because that is someone I would want to do business with.

A. Are you a licensed an insured company?
