Mama Lasagna's Kitchen

I've been cooking and baking as long as I can recall. Some of my earliest memories are of my immigrant Nonna and I in the basement kitchen (all self-respecting Italian immigrants had two kitchens). I'd be crimping the ravioli or baking biscotti or pizzelles under her tutelage. I've expanded her repertoire, but the same love for flavor and freshness remains. I'm pretty camera shy all the way around (not into taking pictures of food either). Go with your gut...do you want the same old same old or the mouth-watering deliciousness of a labor of love??
