Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Chemical peels, Airbrushing and Makeup is what i book more than any other service. Especially for spring and summer.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure they are licensed and reputable! Search around. Find someone who specializes in the look you are wanting. See if they do consultations and get to know them and their personality. If its for your wedding, for instance, you want to make sure you can get along with them, they are prompt and professional, and are able to cater to your needs.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I have a very artistic eye. I am a very friendly and out-going people person and entrepreneurship runs in my family. I believe having these combined qualities attribute to making me great at what i do.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love when I am done and hear "wow, I look amazing". It totally makes it all worth it when they feel as beautiful as i know they look. Each person is like a blank canvas to me, whether if they are receiving a facial/peel or getting their makeup done to know that I am helping them by teaching/showing them how to use products to improve and enhance their natural beauty is just so rewarding to me. I love that I get to meet awesome people on a daily bases!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. (Chemical Peels): HOW DO I KNOW WHAT PEEL TO CHOOSE? Anyone can benefit from a chemical peel if you: are interested in preventing signs of aging and wrinkles, want to reduce existing fine lines and wrinkles, skin discoloration, age spots, dull or unhealthy looking skin, or sun damaged skin. I do FREE skin analysis at the spa to determine your peel.
(Airbrush tanning) HOW LONG WILL MY TAN LAST? 7-10 days if well taken care of (no exfoliation, moisturizing and using tan extender) My solution is Organic, Paraben-Free & Alcohol Free, the color is beautiful!
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Yes, I am constantly researching new techniques and the latest fashion trends to keep current with what my clients may want. I am also a PCA certified technician and frequently attend the peel and facial seminars. In addition to attending Esthetic classes and seminars I also attend as many trade shows as possible.
