Minuteman Plumbing responded immediately by text then a phone call. They came out the next day, looked at the project and gave me a price. I accepted and they had the water heater in their truck and installed it in 2.5 hours. The installer called me on his way home to make sure the water was hot. A week later the office called me to see if I had any problems or questions. I would definitely use them again.

The tech that came was on time, very friendly and explained things, I thought he was very helpful. However the faucet is loose again after a month. So I feel like I wasted 125$ for 15 minutes if tighten as it is loose again. Not sure if a bolt under there needs replaced or what not, but after a month to be loose seems crazy. I had the MOEN faucet originally installed in Jan 2022 had no issues until I noticed was loose at the end April 2023. Nice guy came out early May 2023 from minuteman but it’s loose again?!
