Although we are sorry that you may have had a bad experience with the services you were provided, only you can contact our quality assurance team to report what problems you've encountered. We always do what we can to close out any issues in the best interest of the client. As for the BBB jab, you may notice upon closer review that every report has been closed with Supreme doing everything in its power to satisfy the unsatisfied party. Unfortunately the BBB will not recognize the number of clients we serve in a year as a factor. In other words, if we only did 20 jobs a month than that rating would be accurate, however we do more than 150 jobs a month throughout the year. With this in mind, and the understanding that you cant please everybody, 5 or 6 complaints in a 5 year span is not so bad, especially since they have been closed with the business doing everything in its ability to rectify the issue. I wish I would have researched this company as well. Carpet cleaning was fine but my leather couch looked much better before they "cleaned" it. On 3 different occasions they promised to come back and fix the job, I waited but they never showed up. They will not refund my money. Please save yourself some aggravation and call any other company.

Absolutely horrible experience having my tiles cleaned in my bathroom. They sprayed something on the floor which got onto my vanity cabinet "wooden" door. Leaving a permanent stain. Everytime I went into the shop, the owner Richard Riccobono would run and hide, was not willing to make this right!!!!
I had to have the door replaced

Would tell everyone to 'STAY AWAY FROM SUPREME CARPET CARE". They are AWFUL!
