- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We decided that since we were always the people who did the entertaining in our circle of friends, we should translate that into a line of work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do all sorts of events for our clients. For corporate clients it's in-house or customer appreciation events. For private clients it's weddings, birthdays and other life event parties.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
In Oct of 2013 we traveled an hour from our home base to set up a mobile kitchen on a Friday, and on Saturday set up for an outdoor wedding ceremony and a reception in a tent for 200 guests. We prepared and passed hors d'oeuvres, and prepared and served a sit down dinner, then cut and served the wedding cake for dessert. The bride and her family were thrilled, saying that they had never had such good food at a wedding - and that it had even arrived at the table hot!
